Luxury Waterfront Apartment Design in Elizabeth Bay, Sydney
Nestled in the exclusive ‘loop’ of Elizabeth Bay, this expansive and light-filled apartment boasts breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour. Andrew Loader Design, a renowned Sydney-based interior design firm, reimagined the space, recently completing the project.
A Masterclass in Elegant Design
Positioned at the edge of Sydney Harbour, the apartment’s design was carefully crafted to showcase the iconic views. We chose a sophisticated palette of greys, silvers, and cool whites, which was seamlessly integrated throughout the design.
Key Design Elements:
- Custom Designed Features: Fitted carpet with a silver art silk Hollywood Regency border motif, abstract lotus flower-inspired floor rugs, and bespoke fabrics for upholstered furniture.
- Vibrant Art Collection: A curated selection of artworks adds pops of colour, creating a visually stunning contrast with the serene hues.
- Textured Timber Panels: Feature walls in the dining area add depth and visual interest, serving as a backdrop for art deco-inspired buffets.
- Custom Joinery: Delicate appliquéd lotus flower motifs adorn the custom joinery throughout the apartment.
A Serene and Calming Oasis
The kitchen and bathrooms were designed to complement the elegant scheme, featuring:
- Polar White Stone Counter Tops: Offset by a marble-patterned stone splash and white tapware and sink.
- Fully Tiled Bathrooms: Designed to evoke a zen-like feel, perfect for relaxation.
Our client’s brief called for an elegant, contemporary, and serene space. The result is a refined and understated luxury apartment, a true waterside haven in the heart of Sydney.
